Late Returns
- Over 15 min late: $75 fee
- Over 1 hour late: $150 fee
- Over 2 hours late: Charged as an additional full-day rental.
Note: Timely returns ensure availability for other customers and help maintain our schedule.
Cancellations
- More than 72 hours before rental: Full refund
- Less than 72 hours before rental: No refund unless AdventureAssurance is purchased at time of booking.
- AdventureAssurance Cancellation Protection, you can cancel your booking FOR ANY REASON without the required 72-hour notice. Cancellations still must be communicated 24 hours or more from your scheduled start time. Otherwise, there are no refunds. Cancel up to 24 hours from the time of your booking and receive full credit, refund, or reschedule your trip. The AdventureAssurance Fee is non-refundable. This policy does not apply to bookings made less than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made three or more days in advance are fully refundable.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and can not be rescheduled.

Cleaning and Damage Fees
- Any Dirt or Mud is a cleaning fee up to $50
- Damages: Renter is responsible for all repair costs and any loss of use fees.
Note: UTVs should be returned in the condition they were rented to avoid additional fees.
Fuel Policy
- Fuel Level: UTVs come with a full tank and must be returned full
- Refueling Fee: $40
Note: Ensuring the UTV is refueled helps us prepare promptly for the next rental.
Refund Conditions
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method
