Lowry Fork Fox Run Trail
After driving 5 miles on Green Springs Trail you will find the directions for Lowry Fork Fox Run. In this point 39.251881, -111.496856 you need to turn left so you will find the Lowry Fork Fox Run which is connected with Middle Fork Trail.
Middle Fork Getting there
This trail connects the Green Springs Trail and Lowry Fork Fox Run trail. To get there you can continue to drive on Lowry Fork Fox Run trail and at this point 39.244161, -111.467659 you will be on Middle Fork Trail. But you can access the trail after 2 miles on Green Springs Trail on this point 39.251865, -111.496836 you need to turn right. After 0.2 miles you need to turn left on this point 39.2518647, -111.4968363 and you will find the Middle Fork Trail.

Lowry Fork Fox Run Trail
Lowry Fork Fox Run Trail is easy to navigate and perfect for off-road enthusiasts looking for a scenic ride. The trail starts right off Skyline Road, making it accessible, although it is sometimes overlooked due to many nearby routes. Despite this, it offers beautiful views throughout its length.
From the summit, the trail follows a tranquil stream that runs through the valley. The scenery changes with the seasons, offering lush greenery in spring and summer and vibrant colors in the fall. The trail enters a wide meadow and travels slightly downhill until reaching a Forest Service trail marker. Here, taking the left trail leads to an intermediate path, still easy to navigate.
The trail narrows but remains wide enough for full-size side-by-sides (SxSs) or Jeeps. It descends into a narrow canyon with stunning scenery on both sides. Riders may encounter muddy sections, some over a foot deep, adding a bit of excitement. The trail alternates between downhill and uphill sections with open meadows perfect for rest stops.
